Information you post in public areas of the site or placed in the searchable CV database will be accessed, used, and stored solely by Virtue Recruitment Solutions in the course of our business as an Employment Agency and Employment Business. 
 
We strive to provide a safe, secure environment by limiting access to our database to legitimate users which are Virtue Recruitment Solutions own staff.
 
We use the information you provide to us to enable us to provide the work seeking services we offer, and to operate and improve our website. We may at times use your information to contact you about website updates, send you our candidate newsletter, conduct surveys, or to send you information on the services provided by Virtue Recruitment Solutions. We do not pass on or sell our data to other parties.

 

Data retention

We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary, we will periodically get in touch to ask you to reconfirm your consent for Virtue to contact you.

You may review, correct, or delete the personal information you submit to us at any time. You simply email hello@virtue-rs.co.uk and ask for your data to be deleted.

The Right to be Removed

You have the right to be forgotten, to request this simply email hello@virtue-rs.co.uk and as for your details to be deleted.  If you request this we will delete your personal information within 30 days, but will retain logs, demographic and statistical information about you and keep an anonymised archival copy of your information for analytical purposes only. 

 

Subject access requests

Within the GDPR framework, you can make a subject access request (SARs) at any time - i.e. request to see your data that we hold. Simply email hello@virtue-rs.co.uk and we will comply with your request within 30 days.

 

Removing consent

If you change your mind about receiving communications from Virtue Recruitment Solutions, you may change your preferences emailing hello@virtue-rs.co.uk.
