Our Story
Virtue Recruitment Solutions was founded in 2024 by two sisters who have a depth of experience with recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as line management and hiring expertise.
With this combination of experience Clair & Lucy are well placed to offer you a bespoke recruitment service.
The word Virtue means “behaviour showing high moral standards” which we feel are traits of an ethical recruiter.
Our Approach
Virtue Recruitment Solutions offers a full 360 recruitment service to our clients. Specialising in business support functions, to include Finance, Administration, HR, Marketing and Operations.
We believe our approach to recruitment is fresh, current and relevant with today's fast-moving job market.

The backbone of our business is to offer a transparent and quality recruitment service to our clients and candidates. We have a consultative approach to recruitment offering industry insights, benchmarking and a full 360 search and select service. Coming with circa 15 years’ experience of working with SME’s, start up and fast growth businesses the team at Virtue will work as an extension of your business to ensure the candidate is as closely matched to your requirements as possible.
Virtue Recruitment Solutions are industry head-hunters, we offer this service to all of our clients regardless to the level of role. We are advocated of quality over quantity.
Our Commitment
Virtue Recruitment Solutions work with clients that are wanting a long-term partnership with recruitment professionals.
We will cover all the costs of advertising and marketing your role, we will vet and interview all candidates prior to us sending you their CV and we will only send you a shortlist of candidates that are closely matched to your requirements.
We work on a contingency basis, which means we offer a free service until we deliver for you!
Lastly, clear communication. We will bring you up to speed on how the search is going and timeframes of when we expect to have searches completed. The usual turn around time from instruction to shortlisting is up to 5 working days.
